Kindly take some time to read the terms and conditions before placing any order to ensure a fuss free and enjoyable shopping experience. TheDreamer'sCloset reserves the right to amend the Terms&Conditions at any time without prior notice. Our operating days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays The cut-off time for all orders is 5pm on business day. Orders which are made before the cut off time will be processed and deliver on the next working day. Orders which are made after the cut off time will be processed on the next working day and delivery will be on the following business day. Shipping & Delivery
1) Normal postage: Rates for apparels/accessories: FLAT RATE : $1.50 (Subsequent item, additional $0.50) Example : $1.50 + 0.50 Rates for bags/ shoes: FLAT RATE: $3 (Subsequent item, additional $3) Example : $3 + $3 Normal mailing usually takes 2-3 working days and it may even take up to 7 working days due to festive seasons. No tracking number will be provided hence we are not liable for any lost mails. 2) Registered postage: Rates for apparels/accessories: $3.79 ( Subsequent item, additional $2.24 for bags / shoes / bulky items!) Example: $3.79 + $2.24 Rates for bags/shoes: $5.79 ( Subsequent item, additional $4.79-$5.79 for bags / shoes / bulky items!) Example: $4.79 + $5.79 (RECOMMENDED!) TheDreamer'sCloset will not be held responsible for any lost mail via normal mail. We highly recommend registered postage. If a parcel is bounced back to us, due to wrong address provided by the customer or failure to collect it from the post office, the customer will have to top up additional credits for postage and we will resent the parcel. TheDreamer'sCloset will hold the items for a maximum of 2 weeks. Items unclaimed after 2 weeks will be confiscated. No refund/exchange will be entertained Refunds & Exchange Policy
Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged except for the following: - Product(s) received are different from what is stated on the invoice: example: wrong item are being delivered. - Product(s) is found faulty Take note that the below will not be considered as defects: 1) Dislike or change of mind after purchase 2) Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on individual's monitor, minor defects such as loose threads, slight misalignment of seams, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on etc. 3) Cutting does not suits you. We do not offer returns or refunds due to unsuitability/sizing issues 4) Scratches made during manufacturing We do make sure to do a thorough inspection on the pieces before they are sent out. TheDreamer'sCloset will not be responsible for the damage caused by Post Office's rough handling and no exchange/refund will be made However, we will do an exchange if the items are sent incorrectly/found defects. We would require you to send us photos of the defect within 5 days from date of delivery, we will process on a case-by-case basis whether the problem is valid. Once the duration is expired, it will be void, we will not accept the return of the item. If the defect is found, you may send the defect piece back to us through normal postage(fully absorbed by us!). Other type of postage will be paid by you. A new piece will be deliver to you, should there be stocks available. In any event, if the item is/are out of stock, no refunds will be made, store credits will be issued Do make sure that items mailed back are securely packed and sealed properly with returned address written at the back of the parcel. We will not be reliable for any losses due to exchange/postage services etc. Make sure that returned items are unworn, unwashed and in an original condition to be eligible for exchange. If your item comes with a tag, tags should be intact too. Upon checkings, should we find that the item/s do not qualify our expectations, we will not hesitate to reject the exchange request. |
Payment Mode
1) We accept POSB/DBS bank transfers via Internet banking (IB), ATM Fund Transfer & Interbank transfer. All transfers are to be made to POSB Savings 010-60249-1 (In the event that cash deposits are done and there are extra amounts after paying for item, the excess amount will be kept as store credits and are non refundable.) 2) Payment made via POSB/DBS bank transfers will be verified within 24 hours. Other bank transfers will require 2-3 working days to be verified. 3) If you are doing an ATM fund transfer, please keep your receipt and send us a clear snapshot as proof of payment with your email written on. 4) Do not make payment if the machine can't produce a receipt as we can't verify your payment. Time and location of the ATM transfer will not be able to assist us with the verification of payment. In the event if ATM machine is unable to generate a receipt, kindly add $0.01/0.02/0.03 to make the amount transfer unique. We will take legal actions shall we find any fraud cases. How to shop?
1) Send your orders to [email protected] by using the order format provided on the tab. An invoice will be send to you after the confirmation of your order, please note that receiving invoice does not mean that you're securing the item/s. We operate on a first-pay-first serve basis. Do make payment ASAP upon receiving an invoice from us, to secure the items. 2) Orders will be processed after payment is received and will be mailed out within 2 working days. 3) No refunds will be made once payment made for item in regardless of any reasons. 4) There will be no refund even if the item is Out Of Stock. 1) All items sold on Jenith are brand new unless otherwise stated 2) All prices stated on TheDreamer'sCloset are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) 3) Please clarify all doubts before confirming your purchase. Make sure your orders are correct before sending them to us, we're not liable for any mistakes 4) Slight differences in measurements by 0.5" - 1" due to mass production of products iiv) Image as seen on TheDreamer'sCloset, are displayed as accurately as possible. The actual colours you see are dependent on your computer’s resolution. Hence we are unable to guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be the exact shade as the colours of our product. |
